Brothers, friends, and partners in everything since childhood, Marcos and Diogo Cassel share not only the same last name but, among other things, a passion for coffee.
The fact that they are Brazilian would explain many things about their relationship with coffee, such as the daily habit of drinking it, but this relationship goes beyond that when we realize that the act of preparation is, for them, a ritual where they seek to extract, through various techniques, the best that coffee has to offer.
It is not exactly known when these brothers' curiosity about single-origin coffee began, perhaps it was when they got tired of drinking commercial badly roasted coffees, but the fact is that when this interest emerged, it brought with it a desire to learn more, to understand better about coffee, to experience different flavors and brewing methods, and everything else that this vast coffee universe encompasses.
